A meditation exploring the Rose lineage, delving into ancestral memory and ancient wisdom. Safety, both personal and communal, allows memories to bloom like a rose, revealing layers of history and resilience.

The trees record the stones stories (before they turn to dust) , which are stored in their root systems and the mycelial networks. This knowledge is accessible to the whole tree lineage, regardless of where they are in relationship to the ancestral field.

I was so inspired by the lizard and the clear message to rest, at a time when I was so busy. Get really snug and cosy for this meditation as it is deeply relaxing.

There are times when we may feel uprooted, the river of our life swells and starts to carry us to an unknown destination - I know this is parallel to my current experience. How is it to allow ourselves to be uprooted and enter the torrents of that great river ?
