I recently took part in an exercise to write a love letter to myself everyday for a week … self-love is about our direct connection to source love, rather than trying to experience it through another. I would like to share an extract of one with you for I feel it may hold relevance for us all

this vigilance when coupled with a true and established liberty and anchored sovereignty becomes as easy as breathing. I feel much of my work in the world is restoration of where we lost such vigilance. We never stop doing our work or take where we are in our journey for granted - or as an endpoint.
