I had been asking White Willow to share her medicine with me. It was about timing she explained and invited me to breakfast on her catkins, which were bursting with plump green seeds.

My wish is to make an ointment from her bark and leaves, which may still happen, and she was needing all her resources. The following day she fluffed up and started releasing her seeds …
