Meditation about change. What happens when our lives change? What tools or innate abilities and instincts do we have to utilise the past and to re-create foundations for the future?

Walking the Hawthornevale Path in Edinburgh, I feel its connection to the upcoming spring cleanse. The Hawthorn has been a key thread in my Shamanic journey, from my training in Balerno, "Place of the Hawthorn," to a bee carrying heart medicine to me. Now, as I explore this path with a fellow teacher, I see how these medicines weave into my work.

When you're waiting for new ground to emerge try accepting the flow as the new ground you are on.

In the torch light the snow sparkles like stars. There's even been some Aurora - I feel them before I see them, search the skies, look behind the clouds ...

So I was reflecting on how Fire influences Water and that relationship is so multifaceted … but it was Rainbow that really spoke to me … I then went on to have the most magical experience with the Seals and a Rainbow !

Today I found a Datura beginning to flower out of the ashes ... I have never seen one here before in the North of Scotland!
