Finding our new skin - A Medicine Walk

My medicine walk was so profound this morning that I made a video…

Main observations from my walk (that you can hear about in my video).

• A solitary common tern

• A fledgling feather

• A jellyfish

• A pup seal skin

• An adult duck feather

• A monster drink can

I'm still allowing it all to unfold. I feel that as a collective we have crossed an important threshold and are coming back to ourselves more fully. Though much of this was personal for me, I know it also ripples through the collective.

I would love to know what's been presenting for you?  

Over the past few days a solitary Common Tern has been making it's presence known too, I just love watching these birds!

There is something very embodied about them and I love the precise way they suddenly dive, without warning, after a fish. I am really looking forward to sharing this unfolding Earth Dreaming with you all,
