This is when aspects of us still locked in past events return. This can happen in countless ways - though often through an unexpected vivid memory surfacing; an external event, place or person triggering a pattern recognition and/or inner child connection.
Soul Retrieval: A Personal Journey
In laying to rest what of the past no longer serves us we can start to clarify the wisdom that it contains. It will be hidden until we do … new beginnings always grow in the rich compost of the old. The ancient that held us and protects us until we are ready to make our own choices and discernment and we may carry through a few golden threads that are purified in this alchemical process, to be woven in a new way … as we prepare to embrace our renewal and rebirth and step into the unknown.
Welcome Home !
Whatever the cause, as we leave parts of ourself in these memories we lose personal power. Each time a similar pattern is triggered these memory trails are lit up and our power to respond dissipates. Retrieving those parts is empowering. In my experience Shamanic soul retrieval is the most direct way, but not the only way.
Becoming Elder
These connections are both huge, exponentially expansive, limitless and tiny, condensed microscopic, beneath the subatomic - fractals of the macrocosm and microcosm eternally reflecting each other.
