It was like going through a time portal.

It’s time to release the old structures, for though the new is here we can’t easily see it yet, our eyes may deceive us as our linear brains can’t quite compute.

Journalling and working with awareness is a really good way to keep track of our progress, as well as enhance and develop new skills. In the experiences that I share above my intention to record, remember or focus though journalling has helped me develop skills where I no longer need to journal … yet it was journalling that helped me develop them.

Setting an intention can bring focus and a guiding light. It can also help keep track of your progress, to find delight in the unexpected, fruitful, twists and turns of your journey.

This I feel is our task for ourselves and each other now. I feel that we are being called to Midwife the birth of something new. Let us recognise the fragility of these times and be gentle with ourselves and each other.
