Reformation meditation - Healing pre-birth womb Trauma
In this months meditation, we were given a gift of illumination in the dark before being taken through a rebirthing process, enabling the opportunity to release patterns and trauma received while still in the womb. The final gift was a glimpse of the emerging future, to embody and to hold.
Roots of our Beginnings meditation
