Birch Polypore is a medicinal mushroom that is considered to be Immune System stimulating, anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitic, antiseptic, anti-viral, anti-bacterial

For Birch Polypore Tea: steep in hot water for 10 mins, strain and drink. You may prefer to gently simmer, with the lid on, for 10 to 30 mins for optimum extraction of active compounds.

Also use to make Birch Polypore Tincture.

  • How to make Birch Polypore Tincture:

    • Put dried Birch Polypore in a jar with plenty of room.

    • Cover in either unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar or Vodka.

    • Leave for 6 weeks in a cool dark place topping up with your preferred liquid to keep the mushrooms covered, as the Birch Polypore will expand considerably.

    • After 6 weeks strain and put the strained liquid in dark glass bottles.

    • Take 1ml in warm water 3 times a day.
