There is a potent moment of co-creation when I work with the elementals to harness these sacred essences and their stories. Though they really start to come to life and live on through and with you.
You become the next step in the co-creative process, unlocking the potent possibility and elemental dreaming of the Earth through you.
All significant change starts with subtlety.
What you unfold into creation with these essences is as significant as the work I do to bring them to you. By allowing yourself to align with their stories, witnessing the parallels in your own life and embracing their message, you enter into the co-creative process and become part of a great river flowing back towards the Mothers, Ocean and Earth. Part of the great cycle.
By carrying a story of creation and re-creation you become your own alchemist and elemental emissary. Allow yourself to be gently drawn into this relationship.

Starting your journey with Foxglove
You will be spending a month with Sacred Earth Essence Foxglove. Like a ‘pop-up shaman in a bottle’, as my guides once called them, this essence and all the accompanying material will support you in what unfolds.
You wouldn’t be here if you weren’t ready to receive these potent initiative living stories from the Elemental Kingdoms.
Treat this as a Vision Quest, through your journalling track what shows up in your external world tracing it back to it’s internal origins within you.

Allow a week for your Sacred Earth Essence to arrive - longer if you live outside the UK and EU. You will receive postage details via email.
You may prefer to wait for your essence to arrive before starting your journey, or you could go ahead and start listen to the meditation before it arrives.

Create a short, simple ritual around these moments connecting into the co-creational elementals, the key codes, stanza and your intention. Allow these to be the threads that unravel the old and reweave a new story.

6. Sacred Story and Meditation
Listen to the meditation and co-creational story, this will initiate deeper levels of alchemical potency as you journey with this Sacred Earth Essence.
You may wish to listen to them weekly, or at whatever other intervals feels most supportive for you.
For the meditation please be somewhere comfortable where you won’t be distracted. Lying down or reclined supports a deeper experience, your comfort is important.
Have some some water, tissues, a blanket and anything else to help with the ambience and is supportive for you. A candle or crystals, for example, are ideal.
