Long-tailed Tit - the Fairy Bird

Yesterday morning I was watching these little birds moving through the Sycamores, feasting on the bugs. They are like fluffy balls of white and grey with a pink flush - and I’ve always associated them with the Fae.

When I tuned into ask them - it seems like they agree!
Here’s their message:

“We are the Fairy birds.

We may look delicate, but are here to remind you that love with playfulness creates the strongest bonds. We are community in action!

We build resilient bonds through reciprocity, reconciliation and sharing resources. Calling to each other in times of plenty and scarcity, sharing and only taking what we need - there is no greed in our world.

And so we move through change together with ease, knowing how to maintain warmth.

Warmth for ourselves and each other, for our inner warmth becomes our community warmth, we are inclusive as we share, forgive, play and so empower each other.

And so all our needs are met … and so much more.
Together we thrive.”
