There is much distortion and corruption within layers of commonly believed spiritual, or ‘new age’, frameworks.

Though these frameworks have had their place as stepping stones to revelation of greater wisdom, ultimately the goal is, through direct experience, to access these sources to find our own resonant truth.

This takes discernment and overcoming any doubt we may have that blocks this experiencing and our knowing of it. These blocks maybe at a soul level, part of contracts held within a soul group that no longer serve us on our individual paths of growth. How can you find your way through these layers, that maybe of partial resonance - and know?

The focus of this shamanic journey is on accessing the purity of spiritual Essence hidden behind overlays and veneers that contain distortion. We follow the thread of resonance for direct experience of a spiritual essence to receive your own truth and wisdom.

Tuning into Discernment with the Violet Flame

Preparation:

Create an ambient meditative space.

Be in a comfortable meditation space, somewhere you won’t be distracted. Have your journal close by to make notes, so that when you’re finished you’ll be staying in the space created by your experience, as you journal.

You may wish to have some some water, tissues, a blanket and anything else to help with the ambience and is supportive for you. A candle or crystals, for example, are ideal.

Open up sacred space, spend some time in meditation, connect with your guides - whatever your practice is.

Set an intention

Your intention will be along of the lines of journeying in a safe, sacred space.

You may have many questions, but allow yourself to be curious, open and to receive the transmission without expectation.
