The Sacred Space Between: Trusting the Unknown with Melissa Marszalek

Melissa is a homesteader dedicated to her healing work, especially through Orthomolecular Mineral Nutrition which is intimately connected to soil health.

“I often describe myself as a hippie/redneck hybrid who tries to lives by faith and loves to learn. I’m deeply connected to the rhythms of the earth ,through my lifestyle, and passionate about helping others reconnect with their own natural wisdom.”

We talk about here journey breaking free from structure and finding her own way through the unknown.

“Open space became my initiation into a new, freer way of living — one rooted in faith, creativity, and the natural rhythms of the earth. Where my passion for authentic lifestyle and natural wellness was born.“

We also talk about:

  • The importance of stillness and nature

  • The value of being assigned to fail

  • Open Spaces - the in-between - that sacred, open space that appears after you’ve left one version of yourself behind, but before the next has fully formed.

  • Learning what intuition is: where logic fails and intuition leads.

  • Outgrowing roles - Where endings become beginnings.

  • Allowing space for new opportunities and ideas.

  • Where your faith is tested, and your true self begins to emerge.

  • Following the synchronicities and the people we meet along the way

  • Taking the leap, trusting that everything works out.

  • Childhood experiences of following the energy

  • How everything connects: astrology, soil science and orthomolecular work

”Through my work with Fika Wellness, I use facial analysis (an old practice) to uncover mineral deficiencies and guide people toward mineral-rich, earth-based remedies. My approach blends science, intuition, and a deep respect for nature — helping others feel grounded, balanced, and inspired to live in deeper harmony with their body and the world around them.

I believe true healing begins when we return to nature’s rhythm  and remedies and I’m here to help others find their way back home to that connection.”
