Choose and weave your path.

Stand on the ground where you are and start from there. Look around you - see what serves your highest progression and what doesn’t.
You know in your Heart.
With each action you take that aligns previously unseen, unknown, paths that you could never imagine open up. Bringing new choices, new opportunities.

Trust.

Trust that whatever you are doing serves a higher purpose, creates higher movement, beyond your comprehension.

And it may feel like a big risk and fears may arise - this is the body cleansing itself, purging, of old programming, conditioning, that no longer serves your progression - allow the process.
You are moving through time differently now and are being held and met by your spiritual guides - always.

Breathe.

Breathe to return to your Heart again and again. Your breath is a powerful tool that supports you release the dense and obselete material holding you back - it is prana, spirit in physical form.
Visualise this, believe it and allow your body to soften in response. Tension shows you where you are still being led by the wiring in the head that supports the old and obselete programming.

Allow spirit in. Give your heart room and permission to expand beyond your body and it will always be your true guide, your compass - the crux between your head and your sacral.

Draw your breath from your heart, down through your sacral area and root into Mother Earth - right into her core, her Heart. Feel the Pulse between her heart and yours, feel the resonance and move with that.

Be present with your body, as your soul sings songs of the Earth through your Heart.

Percieved difficulty is a construct, one that may take much linear time to dismantle. Be patient with yourself - all is perfectly Divinely aligned.
Listen. The pulse will support you to flow through the places of least resistance and draw your highest potentiality closer to your shores.

New stars are being born and they start with the strengthening of the Pulse from the depths of the Creational Void. Allowing new seeds of life to germinate, sprout and grow. Nurture, nourish and protect yourselves well through these tender early stages of new becoming.
