Eyebright: Clarification, Higher Mind and Clair Senses

The next ally stepping forward from the plant kingdom to work with us is Eyebright. Eyebright is the most recent Sacred Earth Essence I’ve co-created and have spent the past 6 weeks absorbed with this beautiful being.

I’ve never seen so much growing - which feels like good news - these tiny robust plants grow close to the ground so there is a need to drop to your knees even lie flat on your belly to come eye-to-eye with the tiny perfection of their white and violet flowers with a bright yellow eye.

It has bugged me that botanists call them semi-parasitic - that doesn’t sit right with me at all - for they showed me how they clear and bring cheer - literally bright eyes and bright mood, there is so much in their name …  and colour: purifying white, alchemical violet and cheerful yellow … 

Eyebright showed me how he decalcifies the pineal gland, clarifies all head chakras allowing for greater connection with our Spirit and Higher Mind - our healthy Masculine aspect. 

Eyebright is quite capable of living independently but chooses to connect into the roots of smothering grasses, allowing other meadow flowers to occupy space and bloom - he is an opportunist who creates a container for diversity, saying ‘move over it is their turn now’!

With a quiet and unassuming sturdiness … rather than being parasitic - he removes those that dominate, through strategy, to defend and protect those who are more vulnerable and need more time, nurturance and nourishment. He gets to the root of the problem restoring balance and harmony.

Eyebright clears those unwarranted thoughts that loop and hold us back with confusion, self doubt and all that clouds of the mind. And so he lightens the mood, supports expansion, creates an openness to diversity and access to our multi-dimensionality - Clears the mind and sharpens the senses - dispelling doubt and uncertainty.

For though we create space to embody more - a new expansion and embodiment displaces the density of old patterns that we may reattach to - if we’re caught off guard and unawares - and the reality of our everyday lifestyle means it’s easy to get distracted and for this to happen. And so Eyebright supports us in seeing this, clearing it and so stabilising the Feminine Embodiment with Masculine support and protection - creating a more harmonious balance between the two energetic principles.
